We are pleased to announce that almost £4,000 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support at the Inside_Networks Charity Golf Day, which was held on 25th May, 2016.
The event, which was sponsored by CNet Training, Computacenter, Excel and LMG, saw over 100 industry professionals enjoy a great day’s golfing, followed by a three-course dinner, prize giving and a charity raffle.
Since the first event in 2005, the annual charity golf day has raised a total £47,000. Macmillan Fundraising Manager, Kerry Cunnane, said: “Over the years of Inside_Networks holding the charity golf day, thousands of pounds have been raised for Macmillan Cancer Support. Every year the people that attend the event are so generous and each year we are overwhelmed by their kindness and support of the charity. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that helped to organise the event and those that donated on the day; we are very grateful for the funds that were raised and the money will make a huge difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.”
